Comparison of personality characteristics, psychological hardiness and depression in young people aged 18-24 years in four groups of nourishment with natural milk at different intervals

Background and Aim: The purpose of this study was to compare personality traits, psychological hardiness and depression among young people aged 18-24 years in four groups of nourishment with natural milk. Materials and Methods: The population consisted of all young people aged 18-24 years old in Shahrood city, among which 140 were selected from among youth in universities, a number of institutions and youths in the health center. The sample was randomly selected. Beck Depression Inventory Questionnaire, Kobasa Hardness Questionnaire and Five Big Personality Characters (Neo-FFI) were used to collect data. Results: To investigate the research data after the descriptive analysis, T-test (ANOVA and MANVA) tested the hypothesis that both the general hypothesis and the three partial research hypotheses were confirmed. The results showed that between personality traits. Conclusion: With increasing natural milk consumption, personality scores increased psychological hardiness and reduced depression. Therefore, it can be concluded that breastfeeding will have a significant effect on personality traits, psychological hardiness and depression in adulthood. So that breastfeeding adults have a higher psychological hardiness and less depression in adolescents with normal and normal personality traits.
